It looks like it will be very helpful in understanding my ministry and leadership style. It is meant for anyone in youth ministry, whether paid staff or volunteer, or even a parent of a teenager. Thanks for this! I've just taken the assessment myself and will be encouraging our youth leaders to do the same. We're about to have "the talk" at our next meeting- i.e. leadership styles- task vs. relationship. Thankyou!
